Fire Works

Well, well, TOMORROW will be a brand new start of the New Year 2007! And there goes Year 2006 in less than 23 hours from now!

I do not have any special feeling or plan for the new year but its just another day goes on...but I do look forward to my school reopen! Wonder would I still get to see that young fierce Indian Lady teacher or my favourite teacher Neaf on my 1st day back to school! Well, not going to think much till that day comes!

Here's a video clip on Fire Works taken by Mummy during her convention trip to Bangkok in September this year! She was lucky to have a chance to watch the entire fire works while waiting to board the cruise for dinner during the visit as that particular month, the whole nation of Thailand celebrated their King's birthday! And this is to those who plan to catch a glimpse on the coming Fire Works at Vivo City tomorrow nite. Just in case you miss it while trying to locate a good spot...well, maybe you would like to treat this video as a preview. (Haha)

Thank U Speech

Would like to thank Aunty Jenn, Mummy's colleague here on the belated X'mas gift! It's so thoughtful of her to get me a gift while having a holiday in Hong Kong last weekends!

I received Thomas & Friends biscuits in their individual character packaging and I had finished Harold's packaging while attending Mummy ex-colleague's post X'mas gathering party earlier on, they were yummy!

There was also a Thomas & Friends toy! Cheers!

In order to express my gratitude to her, here's a video to you, Aunty Jenn!

One strong-willed baby girl!

We went to visit Min Xi the week before X'mas and she was so active! She would response to us when we called her name but she only smile at Aunty Heidi, her Mummy and not really to us. As according to Aunty Heidi, Min Xi had started to recognise people and she would need to take some time to get used to "strangers" like us!

I think I'm too happy to visit her and play with her that I almost forgotten that Min Xi is still a baby...maybe I don't have a younger brother or sister so I don't really know how to handle a baby yet! Mummy would have to continue to remind me to be gentle to Min Xi and not to do this or that...hmm...

This above pic was taken when Mummy tried to take a pic for both of us. I don't know how to go near Min Xi and I think she was also quite annoyed with my clumsiness! As I must have knock onto her at certain time when trying to get the position right!

At last, we both got it right and this pic shown that we were both pleased with each other positions now!

See how sweet was Min Xi at that moment! She is really an angel when she smiles! And definitely not when she's throwing tantrum at me earlier on...

(Double click the pic below to enlarge it if you want to see the different expressions of Min Xi that day.)

Here's a short video of Min Xi and me...don't penalise me if I'm too rough with her as I'm a "baby" too! Haha...

Reindeer Carousel

Thanx to Aunty Joanne whom had mailed the 2 Reindeer Carousel ride tickets to me! I got to ride them after half an hour wait but they were worth the wait as I really had a good time! I enjoyed it!

Got free sweets after the rides too but I don't get to have them yet...as I was too busy browsing through the stores after the rides for toys and a nap after we got home at about 3pm. Think Mummy will keep them for me...

Anyway after we got home and view on the pics then we realised that one of the reindeer that we've chosen was short of a horn on the left-hand side! And it made it so perfect that my whole face can be seen in the pic on the left without any blocking! Haha...

Mummy caught me in action when I tried to feel those colorful light bulbs while on the ride...luckily I was not being dealt with for that action...

Well, its already X'mas Eve tonite and I'll be attending party after party from tomorrow onwards...hoping to get as many presents as possible...so may you receive more presents too this year!

Hohoho...Merry X'mas to All and I shall catch up with you again after X'mas!

Out grown my bed soon...

Hmm..as I grow older...my bed goes smaller! Especially when I exceeded 90cm! When will I have a bigger bed and a bigger corner? Nowadays I always found myself in a vertical position instead of horizontal in the morning, meaning half of my body is out of the bed! Luckily I don't get step by my parents in the morning or else I'll be dead meat! Haha...

Been waking up in the nite lately and then to squeeze myself in between Mummy & Daddy...don't know why. And I was kinda of bad to wake Daddy up when I was trying to get onto their bed as he would carry me up instead!

Overheard Daddy saying that he was thinking of getting me a "car" bed but there's simply no space to place it in the room...unless I can have my own room soon...so I guess, this would be the biggest X'mas wish for me this year besides toys, toys and more toys!

X'mas mood everywhere!

Its X'mas deco every where and every corner in the city...I took a few pics at Parkway Parade the other day and I guessed that they are just not enough! So I managed to take a few more at different places.

This one on the left was taken at Takashimaya in Orchard. What a tall X'mas tree...so much taller than mine at home!

And if you want to take a pic with something tall while you can see both the object and yourself, do remember to stand in front of your camera while the object is away from you and see that both object and you were in the pic and not to stand near the object and take the pic away from you and the object! So you will get the best effect as I did on the left! I can see myself in the pic as well as the top of the X'mas tree! Cheers!

This one on the left was taken in Marina Square at the 2nd level I guessed! We were so attracted by the golden strings that held on to a purple crystal ball each!

My pic wasn't good enough and hopes that you can see what I meant here. Drop by and have a feel of it then if you don't see it. As most of my pics were taken by Mummy's handphone Nokia 6280! Wow, were you impressed by the pics? Well, Mummy would have to touch up the pics first before she post them in my blog!

Just 6 more days to X'mas...have you gotten a present for me this X'mas? :)

Counting...

I'm counting down to the days when I receive X'mas gifts...just 8 more days to go!

Been a very busy week as Mummy is fighting against time to get all the X'mas gifts ready! But she didn't even let me see those presents! Maybe she is frightened that I might want the present instead then she'll have more work to do? So she always wrapped up those presents when I'm asleep. I would find that the X'mas tree is so crowded with all the presents day after day!

I got to go shopping for the past weekends as well. But sad to say that I'm always empty handed when it was time home! Maybe Mummy could have got me something...something before X'mas...

But anyway, to be able to go out shopping, playing at those toys (not belonging to me), I'm already contended! Furthermore, we went to watch "Open Season" on Saturday with my Aunties, Uncles and Cousins! But I was again forced to buy a ticket...due to my height which had exceeded 90cm! I didn't fall asleep during the show but the storyline is simply too bored and does not excite me! Luckily, the after show visit to Toys R Us and Kiddy Palace really excite me! Haha...

Trip to Sentosa

We all went to Sentosa the 1st weekend of last November. It was a trip with my Nanny's family and my family.

Our 1st adventure there was to try the Luge and Skyride! Each of us took a package of 3 rides for both Luge & Skyride. And before we take the Skyride uphill, we have to choose the right size of helmet for ourselves. Luckily the smallest size that they have is still suitable to my small kiddy head! Here's a pic of me with the helmet.

Kind of funny right? But at least my singlet matches the color of the helmet...(giggling)

While we were going uphill on the Skyride, it was kind of scary to look down as we were high up there! The weather was quite cooling that day while the scenery was "cooler"! We could see the seas if you dare to turn around while traveling on the Skyride...

Best part is still the sliding downhill on the Luge! 1st try was with Daddy, steady and cool...then with Mummy, safety come 1st...last ride was with Daddy, speed is the excitement! I really enjoyed it and I've NO fear at all! Maybe next time we can have more rides if time permits!

We went on to visit the Underwater World which was my 1st time there! I was frighten by the dimness before reaching the moving travellator at first, then the "transparency" of all the fishes above me almost freaked me out! I was quite reluctant to enter the "world of fishes" but after some form of assurance from my parents, I joined them on the moving travellator!

It was a form of adventure to me while I don't really enjoy watching the fishes but I like to race against the moving travellator!

The last stop there would be the Dolphin Lagoon. Luckily I got a short nap before the show start and I was quite amazed by the Pink Dolphins! Then we managed to play at the beach before dinner. Hope that not many people had seen me in just my diaper at that moment!

Time was so tight that we can't visit most of the attractions in one day but I'll definitely fight for another visit back to Sentosa for more fun! You bet!

X'mas Atmosphere Everywhere

X'mas is so near to us while one can see the X'mas deco almost every corner of Singapore! Well, I was excited when I saw the tall X'mas tree at Parkway Parade on last Sunday which I just couldn't make myself sitting on the chair patiently while Mummy, Aunty Janet plus Uncle Bex were having their teas near it! So I stood up and made me way towards the X'mas tree. Uncle Bex was so kind to follow me there while Mummy and Aunty Janet continue their teas.

I think I started to appreciate the X'mas deco more this year and so I was more than willing to pose myself in front of the X'mas tree and the rest of the deco available there!

Guess that they would look nicer during the nite time when all the lightings are up! Can't wait for this X'mas to arrive soon...starting to count down now!

Bob the Builder Live in Singapore!

Mummy brought me to watch Bob the Builder Live in Singapore 2 weeks ago. It was held at the expo and this was the day that I've been waiting for. I saw so many kids heading towards the Bob's show the other day and couldn't wait to follow them right away too despite that Daddy & Mummy wanted to shop around other fair 1st! Well, think that my eagerness and anxiety was observed by them and we headed towards the venue not long after!

We parted from Daddy and went into the hall when we reached there. There was the merchandise when we enter but I can only see and cannot buy! Mummy said to me that they were too expensive as compared outside! Take the die-cast play set for example, outside is selling at $11.95 per piece but here is a straight $20! Too much a difference and no wonder Mummy shake her head and we went to find our seats.

Our seats were so cool as they were at the 3rd row right in the center from the stage! I was so excited by the props already, way before the show starts! Luckily there were free seat risers on loan to us, the kids to sit up high just as the adult and so we can watch the show without any blockage!

The show started and my excitement is still visible on my face. I really enjoyed the show very much! Some shots here that Mummy had taken with her handphone.

The show was nice but too bad that it was kind of short! Only about 45 minutes without any interval! And there was a little disturbance created by the "Kia-Su" parents in Singapore whom rushed to place their children to the open space right in front of the stage when it all started off with just 2 boys out of nowhere...they made my heart dying to join them but...

I still remember that I went to watch the show till now as whenever there's a TV shot on the show that week, I would pointed out to my nanny Agnes and inform her that I've watched it!

And this photo was the only souvenir that I've got from the show! A picture with a "card board" Bob!
