1st Day @ School

10.45AM

Hey, I woke up this morning so reluctantly as I was so tired and feel like having more sleep but...the TV was at its "LOUDEST" volume while the curtains were drawn up! Oh Mama...

Soon after the commotion was over, I was all dressed up in my new school uniform! Put on the sporty Aidadas watch given by Grandpa and all ready to go! Oh, how do I look?

Thought of bringing along my car car so that I can share with my new friends but...Oh, I can't huh? Really?

11.15AM

I was lucky to have both Papa and Mama there for me on my 1st day to school! Papa drove us there while Mama accompanied me into my class just for that few minutes.

Wow, so many toys lying on the table when the school door was opened for us! I found a spot quickly and settled down to play with the toys not long after! And I had forgotten to wait for any teacher's instruction for me to work on. Well, to play on is better than miss it! Hee hee...

11.20AM

Then I got a shock to see someone so much resembling Sister Ting sitting next to me! Hmm...not to worry now as there will be someone there to tag along now.

11.25AM

I spotted more toys at the side! Aren't teachers bringing them over for us?

Think I can help her bring them over! It would be my pleasure.

Then...

11.30AM

Haha...watch out the video and you'll know what happen next!

Zzzzzzzzzz.......

Well, not a bad day at school anyway. I'm already looking forward to school tomorrow!

To School Soon

Hey,

The day that I've been waiting for is approaching so soon that I'm going to school tomorrow!

Well, before my school starts, I was treated for a fun filled day at Downtown East Wild Wild Wet today! It was so fun that even tough I was shivering after touching the water, I did not want to leave the pool! I tried the slides today with either Papa or Mama as I still can't manage it alone. Well, the splashes of water near the end of each slide had trilled me to go for another round after another!

I tried to hold onto the float by myself too when we were in the "Shiok River". But both my hands are so tired after that. Think I've forgotten to relax myself! Hmm...don't think you would know what was a "Shiok River" here right? Well, check out Wild Wild Wet website and you'll get a full picture.

Beside enjoying myself at the Wild Wild Wet, I got to have a few more rides after all the water fun.

This was one of the rides with Oscar! Do you know Oscar from Sesame Street? He lives in a trash can! Eeee...would you want to join him and lives in a trash can too? Nope, definitely not for me!

Here's a cool link of the Sesame Street whereby you get to play free games with your favourite characters online! Checks it out now but don't forget go through my blog when you are done!

And here's a ride with Big Bird and Elmo! I like the train and so I hopped on the minute I saw it!

But, there was just one more ride that always caught my attention when we went to Downtown East!

Do you know what ride is it?

This was the one that went on a real track! The theme of the environment is always changing so long that there's a concert going on here.

The very 1st ride that I went on was quite a plain construction theme as there was no concert at that time. Then the 2nd one was a Barney theme. I got the ride after I had watched the Barney live show at that time. This time round the theme is on Sesame Street and I got to ride it one more time after last week visit here too! So lucky.

Well, after so much fun, I have to get a good rest at nite and get myself prepared for my very 1st day to School tomorrow! Will keep you posted on my day at School the next round. Do drop by again the next time. Cya!

Evidence

Hey, here's the evidence of me feeding Ozzy again! Attached here the video for you to see that how pampered was Ozzy!

I fed him till I'm quite tired and so I lied down on the floor. But, it's quite interesting to see Ozzy dashing towards the food that I've thrown towards him. I enjoyed the whole chore of feeding him and to ensure that he don't get hungry and being skinny!

Sesame Street - Out of the World

The day that I've been waiting for has arrived! We went to Downtown East to watch Sesame Street - Out of the World on last Friday nite.

I had seen a lot of Elmo, Cookie Monster, Bert & Ernie posters along the road outside Downtown East, they had made me more excited. We saw more of their posters after we alighted.

Just can't help to take some pics with the posters in advance. So the first one was taken with Big Bird, Elmo & Cookie Monster.

Here's a close up with Elmo & Cookie Monster!

Then I tried to hold Joey's hand. And...I just don't know why I blushed!

Luckily Bert & Ernie were there to encourage me to look up! And I did.

I was lucky to get a tram ride while waiting for the show to start.

I saw all of them during the ride, yes, Elmo, Cookie Monster, Bert, Ernie, Rover, Big Bird...but they just stand still and didn't interact with me.

Show started not long after and there, slowly one by one, appeared on the stage and sing & dance for us.

I enjoyed Elmo's appearance the most and I sang along his favourite song - "Lalalala lalalala Elmo's world, lalalala elmo's world..."

My souvenir of the nite was a spinning Elmo light! See? It's spin and light up in 3 different colors as well.

Mass Rapid Transit (MRT)

I like to travel by MRT the Mass Rapid Transit. But I don't get to travel by MRT unless there's a chance like visiting Aunty Janet or Mama choose to. I am one lucky boy that my main transport is Papa's car car or Uncle bus bus when Papa is working and is unable to ferry me to Nanny's place. That's why it makes me so fond of traveling on MRT.

The MRT looks just like a train train whereby it is air-conditioned and there are so many seats in different color for me to choose where I would like to sit. But usually I don't get to choose as the train is always crowded! Maybe those Uncles working with MRT can look into it.

Whenever I travel by the MRT, I would sit still and watch the train move. Will get excited if I see another train approaching while we are traveling. The feeling is simply great as from there then you'll see how fast the train goes. Within seconds, the other train will be gone and out of sight.

I always saw the rest of the children spinning themselves at the center poles and had the urge to join them. But I guess that I can only do it when Mama is not around!

Pampered Ozzy

Hey, you won't believe how pampered was our dear Ozzy the Chihuahua...

Nowadays, he had become so choosy in his food and whenever Mama gave him some of his dog food, he'll wait for other food such as "TREAT-TREAT". Treat-Treat is our way of communicating with Ozzy if he's good and a treat of a doggie bone, biscuit, meat ball, bacon strip and many more will be awarded to him. So he would be waiting for his Treat-Treat every now and then.

At his naughtiest time, he would rather go on empty stomach for the whole day and pray for Treat-Treat! Well, usually, Mama would not give in but instead, she'll start lecturing Ozzy! Poor Ozzy...empty stomach with more nagging...I would not wish for that!

So, everyday when we are back from Nanny's place, Ozzy will be barking a lot for my attention! And when I entered his territory which is in the kitchen, he'll be eyeing at me in the first place then moving slowly towards me. Usually I would give him a pat then walk to his bowl and start feeding him.

These were the evidence of me feeding him one of the days! Well, I enjoyed myself pretty much in feeding Ozzy as at times, I would throw his food to one side while he dash forward for it. We were like playing a game of "FETCH" but in our game, the thing that thrown out, will never come back as it would end up in Ozzy's stomach! Haha...

Lately, I was forbidden to touch Ozzy while only under the supervision of either Mama or Papa then I can touch or pat him. This is due to me reacting in skin allergy whenever I touch him! My body will emerge with rashes if I used the hand that touches Ozzy to any part of my body...I must have my hands washed immediately after touching Ozzy so that the rashes would not occur!

This is quite sad to me and to Ozzy too. Wonder how would he feel when the pat towards him had lessen...If anyone of you have the same encounter before with your dogs and you have now solved the problem, do drop me a note to advise me.

Aunty Janet had just got a new pet which is also a dog, a Jack Russell by the name of Oscar, had given me the same skin allergy too...so I was instructed not to touch Oscar too...So how? Would need a solution so that I can feel the animals I like just like before. I had never got such a problem when I was a baby.

Ok, so much here on my skin allergy, will try to have a cover story on Oscar real soon. Do look forward to it! Goodnite.

Cars The Movie

Oh my, this was the very 1st time that I visited the cinema! We went to watch Cars the movie at Cathay Causeway Point on Sunday evening. It was the last show of the day and before we enter the hall, we've spotted these Cars dummies.

Better to take some pics for remembrance and to prove that I been there at the cinema.

Think I am too excited that I had forgotten to look at Mama's camera!

Oh when are we entering the theater? I can't wait any longer, Mama...

Ok, 1 more with Luigi (the one in Yellow) and Guido (the one in Blue). You would need to look up for them if you need a set of good tires.

Oh, and 1 shot with Mater - Lightning McQueen's best friend. (Oops, forgotten to face the camera again!)

Ok, time to enter the theater and WOW, there was this big screen! So much bigger than mine at home...the images were also much bigger than those appeared on my personalized TV at home! WOW!

So many seats around so where should we...well, we got to sit right in the middle row facing the big screen! The feeling is so COOL!

Just when the lights were out, here comes the speeding sound...Oh my, so loud and just like the car was speeding next to me..."SPEED, I need to focus..." said Lightning McQueen and there the movie started!

I enjoyed the movie so much that I got to munch on Papa's popcorn as well. And I just don't know why it became so quiet when I called out "Papa, lorry..." Maybe they don't like those lorries in the movie but I do. I like the helicopter too, that carried Mater around for a tour when McQueen became the real racer!

Sum up on my Bangkok Trip

Hi to all, so sorry for not able to update my blog for many days. Well, was caught by the flu virus according to my doctor and was having fever for the past 2 days. Hopefully, I'll be fine by tomorrow!

Well, will sum up my Bangkok trip in this update and hope that you won't get bored by it!

This is a pic of the Amari hotel in daytime. This shot was also taken from Aunty Jess's balcony as the night one posted previously.

How is it? Quite high-rise as Aunty Jess's apartment building right?

These 2 buildings are the Baiyoke Sky 1 & 2 hotels. Did you guess it right? Which one is Baiyoke Sky 1 and which is 2?

Yes the one on the left is Baiyoke Sky 1 while on the right is Baiyoke Sky 2.

Heard that the Baiyoke Sky 1 hotel is a luxury one that can cost up to 11,470 baht (S$481/-) just for 1 night stay at the Presidential Suite without any free breakfast in the next day morning.

Hmm...wonder will we get to stay there during our next visit there?

During the trip, I noticed that Thai people are very fond of having dogs as their pets. Beside the Chatuchak market where we can see a lot of pets shop that sell puppies, you'll get to see some dogs at the shops situated out of the shopping malls too.

This lucky little blacky was spotted at one of the wholesale store at Platinum Mall located at Pratunam whereby Aunty Jess's apartment is just a 10 mins walk away from here. Having his own cozy corner in the store chewing away his treat in a cool air con environment! So much better than my Ozzy back home.

We went to Big C again during the trip and spotted new things everytime we were there. This time round, I had the mini trolley all to myself for a hearty shopping spree...but it ended up quite empty while the purchase are done mainly to others...

Oh man, why Mama is so unfair...no new toy, no new clothing and no...nothing for me?

But luckily I got to have free rides with the tri-cycles, car car and this scoop anyway. No purchase and rental done for the rides but to place them back in their original place after rides.

Oh, please do not imitate me when you visit there ok? (Laughing)

We found a game room while having our dinner at Big C too! I was too eager to have my rides there that I was quite reluctant to take my dinner. The minute we are done with dinner, I dashed to the game room.

I got a ride on the helicopter all by myself.

Then I ride on the bike. As it's quite dangerous for me to ride on the bike alone while it can move anywhere I want, Mama just let me have a feel of the bike by sitting on it and not willing to insert the coin for me.

I tried on all rides available there too as well as touching all the game stations. Just too bad that I can't enter the playground which was filled with balls due to the time constrained.

One of the days, we went to the famous shopping complex - Mah Boon Krong whereby it was so huge and had 7 storeys. So many things to see and buy but just can't get a decent toy that I desire.

But I just got a shot with this dinosaur status outside a restaurant instead.

There is also a big game room located at the 7 floor but Mama just avoids it from me. So sad...

We had lunch at Siam Discovery Centre one of the days too. At one of the posh Japanese restaurant. Had managed to eat quite a lot of food there that day. Including a few tiny spoons of ice-cream.

Siam Discovery Centre showcases a good selection of shops, restaurants and designer fashion outlets such as Guess, DKNY, Shiseido, Mac, Swarovski and many more.

Just don't think that Mama will shop for anything here as all branded goods here are more expensive than those in Singapore!

Caught a glimpse of the real train while in a cab back to Aunty Jess's apartment one day. So excited but don't get to hear the "doo doo" sound at all. Hmm...does a real train do give out the "doo doo" sound?

Will get Mama to ride us on a real train one of these days...so as to verify.

The day has finally come when we are able to return home! I had missed Papa and Ozzy so much at home...

So I took a pic with the airplane again before we take off. By Thai Airline again.

Same as the last time that we came to Bangkok, I had my own seat again. So cool and you can see how excited I am in the pic. Don't you?

Already started to miss Aunty Jess now, so hope that we can go over and visit her real soon. Thanks Aunty Jess for taking care of us during our stay there. Do take care and look forward to our returns soon.

Continue with my Bangkok trip...

Well, the next day in Bangkok, we went to the popular market named Chatuchak. It sells almost everything...you name it, they have it! Clothing, jewellery, handbags, helmets, shoes, handicrafts, antiques, ceramics, pets, vintage magazines, stamps, coins, collector's items and just about anything and everything else one could want from a Thai market!

The animals there had caught my attention the minute I saw them but I was quite sad to see them locked in such a small cages! There were a total of 6 Golden Retriever puppies in this tiny little cage! So cramped and no room for them to roam about but to sleep most of the times!

The weather that day was super duper HOT! But, I still take my nap in my own cozy stroller!

Think I look kinda of adorable when I'm sleeping! Don't you think so? Should be in my dreamland as well.

We went back to Aunty Jess's apartment after that to take a rest before heading to another shopping spot...

Yummy, a bowl of Coco Crunch cereal really make my day! It completes with some viewing time on the Cartoon Network channel!

The day summed up at Big C the Supercenter which is just like a mega mall that carries almost everything from Electric products, food, clothing, toiletries, stationery, toys and many more!

I don't really care about what they have in the store but was so excited to go about the store in a car trolley! I simply drive along while Mama and the rest are shopping. So cool! A little pity that the toys there are just not appealing to me so in the end, I gain nothing but a cool ride!

That's about all for the 2nd day there at Bangkok. Will try to speed up my update these few days on my 1 week stay there, or else you might just get bored over my blog! Gotta go now and see you again tomorrow!

I'm Back!

Hi there! I'm back! Do you miss me much much??? Been away for quite a while, here's my update on my trip to Thailand - Bangkok to visit Aunty Jess.

These shots have shown the anxious me waiting for Papa to drive us to the Airport. Although this wasn't the first time that I had went to Bangkok at this young age but the thinking of flying in an airplane is simply great!

Soon, we reached the Airport and I got to see the real airplane right before my eyes. Glad that Mama has taken a pic of the one that we'll be boarding.

I took a few shots inside the airplane too while this was the best one. It was also very cool to have my very own seat next to the window!

The journey to Bangkok from Singapore wasn't too long, just an hour and forty-five minutes ride. I enjoyed the whole ride watching the birds fly then buildings became smaller then came the clouds. I had my own meal but it doesn't suit my taste so Mama had both shares of hers and mine!

It was in the evening when we reached Bangkok and Aunty Jess had engaged her friend to fetch us straight to her apartment which is near the city centre surrounded by various popular hotels in Bangkok like the First Hotel, Baiyoke Sky Hotel 1 & 2, Amari Hotel, etc. It is also within walking distance of the business districts, scenic cultural attractions, wonderful shopping and glittering night life.

This is the night shot taken from Aunty Jess's balcony. It shown here the Amari hotel facing right at the balcony. Sorry if the pic is not sharp enough as all pics are taken from Mama's Nokia 6280 handphone. No camera was brought along so the handphone came in quite handy at times.

Well, need to go to bed now and Zzzzzz...soon. Will update more on my trip tomorrow then. Goodnite.
